1. Are your oil paintings hand-painted or are they digital prints?

Every piece at Yuhuieverg is 100% hand-painted by professional artists. We do not sell prints or machine-generated art. You can feel the texture of the brushstrokes and the depth of the impasto technique on every canvas.

2. Can I request a custom size for my space?

Yes! We specialize in customized sizing. Whether you need a small accent piece or a massive "huge" canvas for a grand gallery wall, we can create art to fit your specific dimensions. Simply contact us with your requirements.

3. What is "Impasto Art," and why is it special?

Impasto is a technique where paint is applied very thickly to the canvas, often with a palette knife. This creates a bold, three-dimensional texture that makes the painting pop. In our blue seascape collections, this technique makes the waves and ocean foam feel incredibly realistic.

4. How long does it take to receive a custom order?

Because oil paint requires time to be meticulously applied and then properly dried before shipping, custom orders typically take 3–6 weeks. This ensures your painting arrives in perfect condition without smudging.

5. Will the painting I receive look exactly like the photo on the website?

Since each painting is a unique, hand-made work of art, there may be very slight variations in brushstrokes. However, we maintain strict quality control to ensure the colors and composition match the original design you fell in love with.

6. Do the paintings come framed or unframed?

We offer both options. You can purchase your painting as a rolled canvas (ideal for international shipping) or as a gallery-wrapped piece stretched over a wooden frame, ready to hang. We can also provide decorative outer frames upon request.

7. How do you protect the paintings during shipping?

We take extreme care in packaging. Unframed paintings are rolled with protective paper and shipped in heavy-duty tubes. Framed works are wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and secured in custom-fit, double-walled cardboard boxes to prevent punctures or dents.

8. Can you change the color palette of an existing design?

Absolutely. If you love a specific abstract ocean piece but want it in more "teal" or "grey" tones to match your living room decor, our artists can adjust the color palette during the commission process.

9. How should I care for my oil painting?

To keep your art vibrant for decades:

• Avoid hanging it in direct, harsh sunlight.

• Keep it away from high-humidity areas (like a small, unventilated bathroom).

• Gently dust the surface with a dry, soft microfiber cloth. Never use water or cleaning chemicals.

10. Do you offer art consulting for gallery or office projects?

Yes! We work frequently with interior decorators and gallery curators. If you have a large project, we can help you select a cohesive series of coastal or abstract art to create a professional and inviting atmosphere.
